At the factory in Harrislee, Germany we produce fully preserved products based on mackerel, herring, salmon, tilapia and many other species. We offer wide and diversified selection of sauces and brines and not least an exciting programme of warm smoked products made according to an old, traditional smoking methods; kippers (smoked herring), smoked mackerel, smoked trout and sprats.

The factory in Bremerhaven, Germany is specialised in production of chilled products. There is a long tradition in manufacturing Herring Specialities “Matjes-Style” in different varieties and also in Germany very famous Alaska-Pollock and Saith products, originally wood smoked over beech-wood.
