Nielsen Global Online Survey has tested consumers’opinion on fish. 88% are aware of the fact that fish is healthy and 67% think that fish is healthier than poultry and meat. 60% prefer fish that have been produced in a sustainable way. Health, convenience, and sustainability are all important factors to the greater part of the questioned persons. These are times of great environmentally consciousness.
